Trance / Hard Trance, Drum & Bass

At the age of 15 "DJ 4 Real" found his passion for music. Starting with Hip Hop and Rave he developed his turntable trickery, teaching himself to mix and scratch to perfection.

He then moved onto Drum and Bass and while playing this genre made it to the final of a competition held at The Pleasure Dome.

"DJ 4 Real" has entertained audiences with everything from Garage, Speed Garage, Dance, House, Hard House and is now playing Trance, Hard Trance and Drum and Bass.

On the 13th August 2003 he was selected from over 3000 entrants to battle it out at Turnmills in London with 9 other DJ's in the Serious Mixing Competition. Judges included Anne Savage, Yomanda and the Disco Brothers. They awarded him 2nd place on the night, although many of the guests commented that in their eyes he was the winner.

Fendler is originally from The Czech Republic.

Since being a very young man Fendler has felt the music like it is a part of his life so it is no wonder that he's been supporting his school parties and shows since the age of 10.

The first contact Fendler had with professional DJ's was when he met the Resident DJs of Monako @ CZ. They gave him his first chance to feel what it's like to be a DJ.

He took his job really seriously and picked up tricks and skills very quickly.

His talent got him noticed with the famous DJ Atom and agency Discosound.

Next step...Fendler and DJ Atom together built DJ Agency Musiclite which is now a successful DJ Agency in The Czech Republic.

Fendler's selection & style of music is a real pleasure not only for people in part of The Czech Republic called Bohemia, but everywhere he appears as a DJ.

Profile:

Werner started his DJ career in the early 90s in Germany pioneering house in a “techno world”. Travelling around the globe, Werner played to appreciative clubbers at prestigious venues such as Yellow (Tokyo), Fabric (London), Panorama Bar (Berlin) and Rex Club (Paris).

Tired of the same old sound and looking to do something new, he created his own label together with production partner Sefty called Soul Camp Recordings in 1999.

Werner went on to work with labels such as Tracks Of Interest, Liquid Sound Lounge, Sense Music, EFA and Patt Recordings. Werner also worked on remixes for artists like Reel People, Terry Callier, Lenny Fontana, Phonique, Worldless People and Robert Owens to name but a few.

After living in Berlin for many years, he decided to move to London after a year’s stay in Majorca where he had DJ residencies at Pacha, Garito Café and Tito’s.
